iterator object.

Key iterator doesn't ignore holes
var arr = ['a', , 'c'];
var sparseKeys = Object.keys(arr);
var denseKeys = [...arr.keys()];
console.log(sparseKeys); // ['0', '2']
console.log(denseKeys); // [0, 1, 2]
