The beforeprint event is fired when the associated document is about to be printed or previewed for printing.

Examples

Using addEventListener():

window.addEventListener('beforeprint', (event) => {
  console.log('Before print');
});

Using the onbeforeprint event handler property:

window.onbeforeprint = (event) => {
  console.log('Before print');
};
