With the Citrix Hypervisor Center user interface, you can manage your Citrix Hypervisor environment and deploy, manage, and monitor virtual machines from your Windows desktop machine.

Citrix Hypervisor Center is based on XenCenter - the previous Windows application for managing Citrix Hypervisor servers.

Citrix Hypervisor Center is only to be used in the initial upgrade from Citrix Hypervisor 8.2 Cumulative Update 1 or in running Citrix Hypervisor 8 Cloud. It is not supported with earlier versions of XenServer or Citrix Hypervisor.

Note:

You must use Citrix Hypervisor Center to complete a rolling pool upgrade to the Citrix Hypervisor 8 Cloud release stream. XenCenter does not support this action.
