Configure and associate an application to multiple custom applications

In Application Dashboard, you can now configure an application and associate it to multiple custom applications. Using this feature, you can reuse the same application for multiple custom applications, rather than creating a separate application for each custom app.

Support for CSV format and schedule export in Web transaction analytics

In Web transaction analytics, you can now view the following enhancements when you click the Export icon:

• In Export Now, you can export data in CSV format.

• The Schedule Export option is introduced that enables you to schedule and export the data in CSV format through email and Slack.

Configure an access policy for Upgrade Jobs

As a super administrator, you can now configure an access policy, set the permissions (View/Edit) for the Upgrade Jobs, and apply the policy to your Citrix ADM users. In Settings > Users & Roles > Access Policies, click Add to configure an access policy by selecting Infrastructure > Upgrade Jobs under Permissions.

Fixed Issues

The issues that are addressed in Build 13.1.30.52.

Analytics

• After you enable analytics or when you edit analytics for Citrix Gateway virtual servers configured from the HA pair, the Instance level options under Advanced Settings (optional) appear disabled, even after these options are enabled.

• In Gateway > HDX Insight > Instances, when you click a country to drill down for further details, the data under Current Sessions are not displayed.

Infrastructure

• In Infrastructure > Network Functions, under Top 5 Virtual Servers with Highest Client Connections, when you hover over the data point, the host name or the ADC IP address is displayed in brackets. If the ADC instance has partitions, and if ADC host name and partition names are the same, it becomes difficult to differentiate if the data belongs to ADC or partition.

  With this fix, the host name comprises a partition label that differentiates the data for the ADC partition.

• Citrix ADM was not logging the details of HA Force failover command. With this fix, ADM HA Force failover details are logged in an external server before running the command.

• In Configure Customer Identity page, the Services and Data Sharing options are automatically enabled, even after manually disabling these options.

• Citrix ADM console displays an error message if a Second NIC is configured.

• When multiple SNMP users are created simultaneously using a script, the SNMP requests to ADM fail.

• In Infrastructure > Instances > Citrix ADC > SDX, when you configure to provision an ADC VPX instance on SDX without any user-defined configuration, the existing Configuration Templates option blocks the configuration.

  With this fix, the Configuration Templates is no longer a mandatory option.

• After upgrading to 13.1 27.62 build, when you access the dashboard at Infrastructure > Pooled Licensing > Bandwidth Licenses > Pooled Capacity, an error message is displayed.

StyleBooks

• In Citrix ADM 13.1 17.42, the ADM GUI does not display the StyleBooks page.

• StyleBooks do not support operations on the configured NS IP address even though it is in the domain of the managed ADC Instance.

Known Issues

The issues that exist in release 13.1.30.52.

StyleBooks

When you upgrade Citrix ADM from any older builds to 13.1.30.x build, Citrix ADM rolls back the existing ConfigPacks to its earlier version.

Workaround: Upgrade to the latest version of Citrix ADM.

Analytics

• In Gateway > HDX Insight, the data is not displayed because of the database corruption.

• When you enable analytics on a virtual server, some required information might be lost between ADC and ADM. As a result, the transaction data becomes invalid and is unavailable on the ADM reports.

High Availability

In ADM HA pair, the database status observed to be in Down status and not synchronizing even after trying with Sync Database option in the GUI for several times.

Infrastructure

When you provision a VPX instance on SDX with the same name of a previously deleted VPX instance, an error message is displayed.
