三归五戒
(三归戒) The ceremony which makes the recipient a 优婆塞 or 优婆夷 upasaka or upsik male or female disciple, accepting the five commandments. There are 五种三归 five stages of sangui; the first two are as above, at the third the eight commandments are accepted, at the fourth the ten, at the fifth an the commandments. 三归 is also a general term for a Buddhist.
