Question

All beings become Buddhas, for all have the Buddha-nature and must ultimately become enlightened, i.e. 一切生皆悉成佛. This is the doctrine of developed Mahyna, or universalism, as opposed to the limited salvation of Hnayna and of undeveloped Mahyna; 法华经方便品; 若有闻法者无一不成佛 if there be any who hear thedharma, not one will fail to become Buddha.
