我遇到了同样的问题。我在另一个浏览器中再次尝试，Chrome一直给我一个“访问权限”错误，但是Safari允许我从Teradata的网站下载而毫无疑问。
Teradata的一边可能存在问题 /异位。
I had the same problem. I tried again in a different browser, Chrome kept giving me an "access denied" error, however Safari allowed me to download from Teradata's website without issue.
Likely a problem / misconfiguration on Teradata's side.

This seems like a chrome browser-related safety feature because of the file extension and terraform's redirect URL.
Even though Firefox has considered it malicious it gave me an option to download and I could download it.
