我们使用Kafka和Azure门户指标在Azure上使用活动中心消息服务，我们有一些油门的请求
我检查主题中的事件总数，我完全有预期的数字，没有丢失消息。
那么，限制请求的确是什么意思？拒绝请求意味着什么？生产者或消费者会松开一些消息吗？
We use Event Hub messaging services on Azure with Kafka and In the azure portal metrics we have some throttled requests
I inspect the total of events in the topics and I have exactly the expected number, no message lost.
So what does exactly throttled requests means ? what does it mean to deny requests ? Does the producer or the consumer loose some messages ?
