即使在运行命令后，更改Laravel 8中的时区也无法正常工作
我已经将时区从utc更改为我的/timezone config> config/app.php。我仍然没有效果。 我也尝试了以下命令 -
php artisan cache:clear
php artisan view:clear
php artisan config:cache
php artisan optimize:clear
我在Internet上发现了同样的问题，但解决方案对我不起作用。 我缺少什么？
I have changed the timezone from UTC to my/timezone inside config/app.php. Still I'm getting no effect.
I tried these below commands also-
php artisan cache:clear
php artisan view:clear
php artisan config:cache
php artisan optimize:clear
I found same issue on internet but the solutions doesn't work for me. What I'm missing ?
