When I try to create a new file by right clicking a grey folder I get this window

However, when I right click a blue folder to do the same thing I get this single file instead

蓝色文件夹是文件夹参考。您可能需要将文件夹引用转换为实际文件夹。右键单击并在Finder中打开它，您会看到该路径与项目视图中的路径不同。您可以将其拖到项目中并打勾“创建组”。如果需要，您也可以勾选“复制物品”。

A blue folder is a folder reference. You might want to convert the folder reference to an actual folder. Rightclick it and open it in finder, you will see that the path is different than in your project view. You can drag it into your project and tick 'Create groups'. You can also tick 'Copy items if needed' if wanted.
You also could create a storyboard on a different destination and than drag it into the desired folder reference.
