可能有以下原因的原因：
当两个因子身份验证对帐户处于活动状态时，它似乎对Power BI Cloud不起作用。关闭此问题已解决了问题。

There could be the following reasons for this issue:
When two-factor authentication is active for an account, it does not seem to work on Power BI cloud. Turning this off has fixed the issue.
