自APIM 4.0.0以来，已经对发布者，Defportal和密钥管理器配置文件进行了弃用。对控制平面配置文件是作为该3和流量管理器的组合引入的。
为了达到您的要求，您可能必须设置具有不同主机名[1]的控制平面服务器，并相应地通过LoadSalancer或Ingress Controller路由请求。

Since APIM 4.0.0, Publisher, Devportal, and Key manager profiles have been deprecated.The Control Plane profile was introduced as a combination of those 3 and traffic manager.
In order to achieve your requirement, you might have to setup 2 control plane servers with different hostnames[1] and route the requests through a loadbalancer or an ingress controller accordingly.
