我在Azure AD中创建了一个新的租户。但是用户是默认的租户，是否有任何方法可以将用户从默认租户添加到Azure AD中新创建的租户。
I have created a new tenant in Azure AD. But the users are in default tenant, is there any way to add users from default tenant to newly created tenant in Azure AD.

您可以将他们邀请到新租户以访客。这样，您就可以在两个租户中使用一组凭据，并避免导出和导入它们。
You can invite them to the new tenant as guests. This way you can use them in both tenants with a single set of credentials and avoid exporting and importing them.
我想我会建议用PowerShell将所有用户从Azure导出，然后将它们导入回去，我不确定Azure是否具有某些迁移工具...
I guess I would reccomend to export all users from Azure with powershell and then Import them back, I'm not sure if Azure has some migration tool ...
