我会简要介绍我面临的问题， 我是一个新的C ++学习者，我选择使用VS代码和MSVC。我成功地设法获得了VS代码。然后我安装了Visual Studio 2022。我意识到路径中仍然没有CL。因此安装的构建工具接下来： -
问题仍然存在，我只是无法将CL到达路径，甚至VCVARs.BAT或VCVARS64或VCVARS的任何版本都不起作用，在路径中添加bin文件夹不起作用。有人可以指导我如何成功安装编译器吗？

I will be brief with the problem I am facing,
I am a new c++ learner and I opted to work with Vs Code and Msvc. I successfully managed to get vs code. then I installed visual studio 2022. I realised there is still no cl in the path. so Installed build tools next:-
the problem still exists, I just cant make cl to the path, even vcvars.bat or vcvars64 or any version of vcvars doesn't work, adding bin folders to the path doesn't work aswell. can someone guide me how I can successfully install the compiler?
