When I call a method of the webservice I get the following error:
Request canceled: Unable to create SSL / TLS secure channel.
Can this error be related to the problem in the image?

当您在没有适当的SSL证书的情况下访问HTTPS网站时，通常会发生此错误。如果您知道服务和正在做什么，例如当您拥有本地HTTPS服务时，可以禁用SSL验证，然后您应该没事。
This error usually happens when you are accessing a HTTPS site without proper SSL certificate. If you know the service and what you are doing, like when you have a local HTTPS service you can disable SSL verification, and you should be fine then.
