我有两个Azuread租户，我想将一个人的用户迁移到Anthosh。 我认为我可以通过Microsoft Graph API导出一个租户，并将用户导入另一个租户，但是用户的密码无法导出。 因此任何人都可以提出建议。
I have two AzureAD Tenants,i want to migrate one's users to anothers.
I thinks i can export users form one tenant by the microsoft Graph api,and import the users to another tenants.But the user's password can't export.
So anyone can make a recommendation.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to migrate user's password between azure AD tenants have raised a case with MS and Azure doesn’t deliver direct migration feature between two tenants
