条件是：

• 3.15.0＆lt;版本＆lt; 4.0.0（来自gmail api）
• 版本== 4.21.1（来自pipreqs？），

我不确定为什么pipreqs正在生成一个要求。在上说protobuf == 4.21.1当gmail api需要3.15.0和4.0.0之间的内容时。
