您需要重新创建资源。 App Services具有一些有限的Undelete功能，但目前可用于功能应用程序： https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/app-service/app-service-undelete
You'll need to recreate the resource. App Services has some limited undelete capability, but this is currently available for Function Apps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/app-service-undelete
