当我将Solr节点从Solr 8.8.2升级到Solr 9时，我面临类似的问题。
经过几周的重试和配置更新后，我对我有用。
修复
尝试在bin文件夹中的solr.in.sh文件中添加下面的系统属性。
SOLR_JETTY_HOST =“ 0.0.0.0”
如果此修复程序无法正常工作，则可以从Slack Channel下方获得帮助，从我的问题借助一堆Solr Dev社区就可以解决。
I Faced the similar issue when i upgraded my Solr nodes from Solr 8.8.2 to Solr 9.
After several weeks of retry and config updates .Below fix worked for me.
Fix
Try adding below system property in your solr.in.sh file inside bin folder.
SOLR_JETTY_HOST="0.0.0.0"
