导航控制器无法嵌入
我一直在使用Xcode版本13.3（13E113）3个月。没有任何问题，但是今天，当我尝试添加导航控制器时，我遇到了以下情况（图1）。

I have been using XCode Version 13.3 (13E113)for 3 months. Had no any problem about it but today when I tried to add navigation controller, I encountered the following situation (Picture 1).
When I try to arrange view, this happens. (Picture 2)
And when I try to delete navigation controller, Xcode is closed by itself. I was using this XCode until now and I added navigation controller many times. I do not know what happens. I deleted XCode and load again. But nothing changed.
Do you have any idea?

我不是为什么，但这是一个错误。它不能通过再次删除和上传xcode来解决它。
这种方法对我有用。添加导航控制器，然后打开Main.Storyboard作为源代码。什么都不做，然后再次将其作为接口构建器打开。完成了。我不知道怎么办。

I do not why but it is a bug. It is not resolved by deleting and uploading again XCode.
This method worked for me. Add navigation controller and then open main.storyboard as source code. Do nothing and open it again as interface builder. It's done. I have no any idea how.
