我在Centos上遇到了同样的问题。猜猜我的PIP文件已损坏。我再次安装了它，工作正常。

• wget https://bootstrap.pypa.io/pip/pip/2.7/get-pip。 py
• python get-pip.py
• pip install-upgrade setuptools
