我有13个是/没有问题，也有13个答案。
我想以多步格式问这些问题，并根据用户选择，答案将通过电子邮件发送给他们。
示例：如果他们对5个问题说“是”，请发送他们拒绝的8个问题的答案。
如果他们对所有问题说“是”，那么不需要发送答案，因为没有答案可以发送。当然，仍然会发送电子邮件，但身体内容不会包含任何答案。

I have 13 Yes/No questions, and also have 13 answers.
I want to ask those questions in a multi-step form, and based on the user selection, the answers will be sent to them via email.
Example: If they said YES to 5 of the questions, then send answers of the 8 questions they said NO to.
If they said YES to all the questions, then no need sending the answers, cos there are no answer to send. Of course, an email will still be sent but the body content won't include any of the answers.
How do I achieve this? I am using Elementor Forms
