不清楚Xlookup中的[search_mode]用法
我在纸上有两个标签 从下面的人看，我们可能有同一个人的多个位置，
在另一张纸上，我需要拉动该人的最新位置。 就像我查找名称时一样，我需要根据最新报告日期显示MMM位置。
当我使用Xlookup时，它会拉动GGG而不是MMM。我不知道如何强迫它首先对最后一个。
在这种情况下，它应该显示MMM而不是GGG。
任何人请帮助此查找。
I have two tabs in a sheet
From below people sheet , we may have same person with multipole location ,
In another sheet I need to pull the latest location the person .
Like when I lookup the name , I need to show the MMM location on the basis of latest Report Date .
As I used the XLOOKUP , it pulls ggg instead of MMM . I dont know how I force it to sort the last to first .
Here in this case it should show MMM not the ggg.
Anyone please help this lookup .
