combobox中的stackpanel to ListBoxItem

您正在做的是在UI中定义value。实际上没有selectedvalue。 selectedValue是UI元素。

您应该做的是查看mvvm模式。如何绑定数据，如何使用datatemplates等样式。

如果您不想这样做，则可以尝试在delete按钮combobox和删除所选项目之外。但是我不确定它是否有效
