您不能只获取“所有”广告。您可以获取广告库中的广告，或者获取特定广告帐户的权限。

If you are authorized to access an Ad Account you can use the Marketing API. The basic idea is to fetch an account's Ads with
/act_{your-account-id}/adsand for each ad, its Creatives/{ad-id}/creatives. Creatives have fields such asobject_idandeffective_instagram_media_id, which are the actual Facebook and Instagram posts.
