如何解决 Boostrap 在本地主机上速度很慢的问题？
我在使用 Boostrap 时遇到了一些麻烦。在本地主机上加载需要 5 秒。但不是每次都会。也许有三分之一次。 我从我的文件夹导入文件。 我使用 Chrome，但使用 Safari 时效果是一样的。
当我使用CDN时，没有问题并且加载速度很快...... 我的其他文件加载速度非常快。 非常厉害的是，他慢的时候每次加载都需要5.0秒。
我精确地说，我停用了缓存，显然当启用缓存时，没有问题。
我使用 Homebrew aa 服务器上的 httpd。

I have some trouble with Boostrap . It take 5,0s to load on localhost. But not everytime. Maybe 1 / 3 times.
I import the file from my folder.
I use Chrome but with safari its the same things.
When i use the CDN, there is no problem and the load is fast...
My others files load very fast.
What is very strenge, it take exactly 5,0s to load every time when he is slow.
I precise i desactive the cache, obviously when the cache is enable, there is no problem.
I use httpd from Homebrew a a server.
