bazel构建tensorflow lite失败

Question

我尝试使用 bazel 构建tensorflowlite。使用 bazel 4.2.2 版本、MSYS2 和 Visual C++ 构建工具 2019。执行构建时出现以下错误（命令：bazel build -c opt //tensorflow/lite:tensorflowlite）。有人可以帮我解决这个问题吗？
