我尝试安装 sf 包,因为它是我想要使用的包 tidycensus 的依赖项。 我正在使用配备 Big Sur 的 Mac。根据 r-spatial 的 Github,我尝试按照安装说明此处< /a> 但没有骰子。我的 sessionInfo()

我尝试了

library(devtools)
install_github("r-spatial/sf",configure.args="--with-proj-lib=/opt/homebrew/opt/proj/lib")

现在,可能让我搞砸的事情(但我不知道如何修复)是 gdal-config 都在 / opt/homebrew/Caskroom/miniforge/base/bin/ 以及 /opt/homebrew/opt/gdal/bin/ gdalprojgeos 都位于 /opt/homebrew/opt/

I tried to install the sf package because it is a dependency for tidycensus, which is the package I'd like to use.
I am using a Mac with Big Sur. Per the Github for r-spatial, I tried following the installation instructions here but no dice. My sessionInfo():

Now, something that may be screwing me up (but which I don't know how to fix) is that gdal-config is both in /opt/homebrew/Caskroom/miniforge/base/bin/ and also in /opt/homebrew/opt/gdal/bin/
gdal, proj, and geos all live in /opt/homebrew/opt/

感谢@IRTFM,解决方案是从 CRAN 下载二进制文件,然后使用 R CMD INSTALL。然后我可以通过 install.packages() 安装 tigristidycensus

The solution, thanks to @IRTFM, was to download the binary from CRAN, then use R CMD INSTALL. Then I could install tigris and tidycensus via install.packages()
