没有“好方法”，你不能强制内置语音模块一直听。它的目的是在启动后立即进行语音输入，当第一秒内只有静音时，它将关闭，这就是这样工作的（可能是一些安全/隐私原因）
there is no "good way", you can't force built-in speech module to listening all the time. its intended to take voice imput just after start, when there will be only silence in first seconds it will turn off, this just works like that (probably some security/privacy reasons)
