Android Textview onTouchEvent

I'm trying to have a TextView follow my finger on touch. I have no idea on how to get this to work because none of the layouts use a coordinates system. Any ideas?

有一个绝对的布局，但它已被贬低。不确定你是否可以用任何“漂亮”和“光滑”的外观来做到这一点，但也许你可以通过相对布局来实现一些东西。

There is an absolute layout, but it's depricated. Not sure if you can do this with any "pretty" and "slick" look to it, but perhaps you can achieve something with relative layout.
