具有本地化功能的 ResourceReader？

MyResource.resources (default one)
MyResource.en-GB.resources
MyResource.en-US.resources
MyResource.fr-FR.resources
MyResource.de-DE.resources
我使用“似乎是”，因为我在互联网上没有找到任何可以“官方”定义这个规范的东西......但在我的团队中，他们说这是我们必须遵循的官方规范。
关键是 ResourceReader 没有考虑本地化，我想知道是否有一个工具可以为我们做很多工作？ 我真的不知道我能从这个类中得到什么，这可能是一些简单的功能，也可能是一些非常完整的功能（在哪个区域设置中返回可用的某个 ID，等等......） 如果没有什么可用的东西听起来会让我感到惊讶，但我可以自己做，那么它就会很长，而且必然不太优化......：/
In my project we had some resources files (.resources) and we were using ResourceReader to parse these and generate some XML files.
The fact is that now we have some localization and the "norm" seems to be :
MyResource.resources (default one)
MyResource.en-GB.resources
MyResource.en-US.resources
MyResource.fr-FR.resources
MyResource.de-DE.resources
I used "seems to be" because I didnt find anything, on the internet, that would define "officialy" this norm... but in my team, they say this is the official norm we have to follow.
The point is that ResourceReader doesn't consider the localization and I'd like to know if there is a tool that will do a lot of work for us ?
I dont really know what I can expect from this Class which could be some simple features and some very complete one (return in which locale a certain ID a available, etcetc...)
If nothing is available that would sound surprising to me but I can do it myself, it will just be long and, necessarily, less optimized... :/
