MKAnnotation 协议将 subtitle 属性定义为：

@property (nonatomic, readonly, copy) NSString *subtitle

注意 subtitle 全部小写，但您的类有 subTitle （大写 < code>T) 地图视图不会调用它。

将方法声明更改为：
