As per the standard definition or in any modified way, Can we consider Computer System (as a whole) as HID(Human Interface Device) ???

设备是连接到主机的外围设备，但不是主机的一部分。所以计算机系统不是 HID。计算机系统与人类交互并向其提供输出，但根据定义它不是一个设备。
A device is a peripheral attached to a host computer, but not part of it. So no a Computer System is not a HID. A computer system interacts with a human and gives output to him but is not a device per definition.
