I would like to clarify whether the "history data" generated by iOS application is considered as Critical Data or not.
My application stores "history data" which can not be recreated/restored if there is need.
That information is stored in the Application_Home/Documents.
Would this be considered as violation of the iOS Data Storage Guidelines rules?

如果您希望历史数据与 iCloud 同步，那么
Documents就是存储它的地方。如果您不希望它同步，最好的位置可能是在应用程序沙箱Library目录中创建一个子目录。这些目录不会被清除（例如Caches和tmp），并且它们不会通过 iCloud 同步进行同步。然而，它们将使用 iTunes 进行备份（也许通过 iCloud 备份，但我不确定）。另请注意，从 iOS 5.0.1 开始，您可以专门排除以下文件阻止将 Documents 文件夹存储在 iCloud 备份中。该方法在iOS上运行没有问题< 5.0.1 也是如此，但不会有任何影响。
If you want the history data to be sync'ed with iCloud, then
Documentsis the place to store it. If you don't want it to be sync'ed, the best place is probably by creating a subdirectory inside your application sandboxLibrarydirectory. Those directories will not be purged (likeCachesandtmp) and they will not be synchronized via iCloud sync. They will, however, be backed up using iTunes (and maybe via iCloud Backup but I don't know for sure).Also note that starting with iOS 5.0.1, you can specifically exclude files in the Documents folder from being stored in iCloud backup. The method runs without problems on iOS < 5.0.1 as well but won't have any effect there.
