更改 wx python ListCtrl 中一项的字体样式

我在更改 wx 列表控件中单个项目的字体时遇到问题。我的 ListCtrl 中有 1 行和 3 列。下面的代码应将位于 row = 0 col = 0 的项目的字体更改为粗体。但它会将第 0 行中所有项目的字体样式更改为粗体。总之，我只希望第一行中的第一项为粗体，而不是整行本身。

是否可以在不更改整行的情况下更改一项的字体？

如果更改字体，整行的字体都会改变。
