我必须升级 RVM。

rvm get head
rvm reload
rvm install 1.9.3-p194
rvm use 1.9.3

我不明白为什么在使用 gem update --system 更新到 RubyGems 1.8.11 后，相同的安装程序错误出现在我身上，但它仍然在 $RVM_HOME/src/rubygems-1.6 中查找.2/

更新 1：我有一段时间没有尝试 rvm getlatest 了。所以我尝试这样做来缓解我的问题。这给了我一个权限被拒绝，因为它试图在/tmp下运行脚本。在我的 /etc/fstab 中，/tmp 被挂载为 noexec。当我解决这个问题后，我会看看安装 Ruby 1.9.3 是否会更好。

更新 2：发出 mount -o remount,exec /tmp 让我最终完成 Ruby 1.9.3 安装。
