我有完全相同的问题。就我而言，这是由我的系统上旧的 numpy 开发版本引起的，它混淆了构建过程。删除引用的 .egg 对我来说完全有效。请参阅 MacPorts 票证：

这个问题是 gfortran/gcc44 无法正确编译的结果，因为我使用的是 Lion/XCode 4.2。
