XNamespace xns = "http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom";
var xdoc = XDocument.Load("http://www.bbc.co.uk/arabic/index.xml");
xdoc.Element(xns + "feed").Elements(xns + "entry");

问题是缺少命名空间。
