好吧，看来我已经解决了。看起来我的应用程序 WEB-INF/lib 目录中有所有 Spring jar，这可能很糟糕，因为它们也在 Red5 lib 文件夹中，所以它们是重复的。在搞乱了我的 ivy.xml 依赖项配置和 Eclipse 项目部署程序集设置后，它开始工作。

基本上，我必须从 Eclipse 项目中删除标准 Libraries/ivy.xml [*] 并添加两个单独的项目，在我的例子中是： ivy.xml [runtime]和ivy.xml [编译]。然后，在 Eclipse 项目属性中的“部署程序集”设置中，我选择仅部署 ivy.xml [runtime] 中的依赖项，该依赖项不包含 Spring 库。

没有更多的例外。
