样式良好的滚动条是浏览器已经呈现的滚动条。重新发明浏览器的组件通常需要大量工作，但收效甚微，而且可能会降低可用性。
至于浏览器滚动条的样式，除了 IE 之外，我不相信你可以，因为这在技术上是在 DOM 之外的。因此，您必须创建自己的拖动/滚动功能。
A well styled scrollbar is the one your browser already renders. Reinventing a component of the browser is usually a lot of work for little gain and, potentially negative usability.
As for styling a browser scrollbar, aside from IE, I do not believe you can, as that's technically outside the DOM. So you'll have to create your own drag/scroll functionality.
