如何更改 PopOver 的框架颜色？
说明：默认情况下，popOver 的框架是黑色的，与 popOver 箭头相同。
默认一： 
我想要像这样的框架（绿色或其他颜色。 
编辑：在顶部栏上我想要两个标题（一个子标题）。这可能吗？如何实现？ 
我该怎么做？

How can I change the PopOver's frame color ?
Description : By default the frame of popOver is black and same with the popOver arrow.
Default One :
I want this frame like this(in green or some other color.
EDIT : on the top bar I want two titles(one sub-title). Is it possible and how ?
How can I do it ?

Yes i am finding to change PopOver Border color... but i think we can't set other color...
And about title on PopOver,yes we can set two title like this......On NavigationBar add two labels... or take one label and make it numberoflines 2 or 3
