严格来说，您应该有一个家长门户网站，而其他所有网站都是儿童门户网站。因此，如果您的结构如所述，您基本上可以忽略 PortalId。

Strictly speaking, you should have one Parent Portal while every other site is a Child Portal. So you can essentially disregard the PortalId if your structure is as stated.
