您正在使用的库“PocoFoundationmt.lib”是使用“release static”模式构建的。
从您运行的项目来看，您需要库的调试版本，该版本应该是“PocoFoundationmtd.lib”。

从错误日志中可以看出，链接存在冲突。也就是说，您说编译器运行时库是 MDd，但您正在链接到发行版库。确保在 ProjectProperties->Linker 中您没有链接到任何其他库，并且链接到“PocoFoundationmtd.lib”。确保在项目顶部（运行按钮附近）选择“调试”而不是“发布”。同时定义POCO_STATIC。

另外，如果将附加lib目录设置为poco lib，则不需要指定dll的类型，即MT、Debug等。
