OR/AND 从 VS2010 命令行重建。

我遇到了类似的问题，这似乎是由于在 SYSTEM 帐户下将 Jenkins 作为服务运行而引起的。不知何故，cmd.exe 没有引用所有必要的环境变量来找到我的 NUnit 程序集。

C:...\MSBuild.exe *.sln

解决方案项目均为 3.5；只有单元测试项目是 4.0 （因为你无法更改它）
