即使您重新连接，您也很有可能获得相同的外部 IP，这取决于您的 ISP。至于您的内部（如果有的话，在您的路由器上）IP，您可以通过在 Windows 7 设置中更改 IP 地址来更改它。

There's a good chance you'll get the same external IP even if you do reconnect, that is up to your ISP. As for your internal (on your router if you have one) IP, you can change that by changing your IP address in the Windows 7 settings.
Why do you want this ability - sounds like you're trying to get around an IP filter/limit of a website?
