It really shouldn't affect anything.
这完全取决于主题的编码方式。一般来说，它不会产生任何影响，但删除标签可能会改变其他一些元素。

It all depends on how the theme was coded. Generally it shouldn't have any effect but removing the tag could shift some of the other elements.
Create a backup first and then try it. if something goes wrong you can replace the backup.
