问题昨天就出现了 - 从curl（由curl_exec在php脚本中调用）得到以下答案：

该错误仅有时发生，大约4-5个有效响应对一个无效的35错误的响应。在昨天之前，应用程序在很长一段时间内正确处理这些请求。

“主机名 w3s.webmoney.ru 上有四个 IP 地址。当请求最终到达 212.158.173.158 时，SSL 会被提供商的反 DDoS 硬件杀死。问题是局部的，他们现在正在努力解决它。”
