WPF MAF (System.Addin) 控件内的 Telerik Reporting

在此配置（Telerik Reporting、WPF 和 MAF (System.Addin)）中，由于 RadSlider 需要链接到 MainForm，因此无法使用 WPF。

我已转而在 FormHost 中使用 Winform，并且它有效。它并不理想，但它有效。
