My software works on shared hosting, but problems with login on private virtual. Developer says its a PCRE issue. Host says I have to do it myself. Root makes me nervous.

所以，问题似乎与 unicode 有关。更新到 7.2 仍然是理想的选择，但“yum install pcre”或“yum update pcre”都表示我已经安装了 yum。

So, it seems the problem is unicode related. Updating to 7.2 would still be ideal, but "yum install pcre" or "yum update pcre" both said I already have yum installed.
