~\AppData\Local\Temp\VIeF751.tmp文件。它可能已损坏，现在当 Vim 尝试访问它时，它不知道该怎么做。If it is not too critical, try deleting the
~\AppData\Local\Temp\VIeF751.tmpfile. It might have gotten corrupted, and now when Vim tries to access it, it doesn't know what to do.
